Settings Manager

Description

The Luminance Settings Manager is a small application to provide the users of the Luminace Desktop an easy way to change basic features. It will enable users to choose from several overall themes for the most basic users and increase its configurability based on the level of the user. It will adapt so that administrators and teachers can administer classes and the network. The Settings Manager will work closely with a network deamon which will propagate changes throughout the network using encrypted XML sockets.
